I accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused/unwashed and in its original condition.
For sanitary reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn items. Items can be tried on over other clean undergarments.
If you bought an item, and need to exchange, please email me for return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at hanna@hannabroer.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
