Return Policy

Overview

Each item is handmade to order or in small batches. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, I’m happy to help before you purchase.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are preferred and accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to fabric stock availability.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Not a custom item

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in original condition
• Item cannot be customized

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

Return Process

Email hanna@hannabroer.com with:

• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned

Instructions will be provided upon request.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
